Now Google+ has option for creating pages for your business or blogs. This adds up to the point that you also need to display a badge for the same on your blog or website. Well, Now you can do that and have people +1 your page from there itself! Well, doing this is an easy task! All you need to do it login to your Google account, from which you manage your Google+ Page and follow these steps!
The steps to get your Google+ Badge are as follows :
- Login to your account, if you are not logged in and open the developers page by clicking here.
- Next, Open up Google+ and browse to the page you want a badge for! The TechHive page on Google+ can be reached by clicking here. If you note, the Url contains a number(in my case, 102344584445513659311). This is your profile ID, that you need to copy from the address bar.
- Next, On the developers page, paste the code that you had copied.
- Now, you have to customize the badge by selecting the size you want and also by choosing other options available for that Badge.
- When you are done editing, scroll a bit down and you will see a set of code.
- Copy the code and implement it on your website/blog wherever you want it to appear. Remember to paste the code in the head of the website as mentioned on the Google+ website.
