Facebook is one of the most common social networking websites that we encounter these days. Facebook is used for connecting with friends or even for chatting with them! So, in order to chat with your Facebook friends, you need to open up Facebook and then you can chat with your friends, but not anymore. If you want to chat with your friends, no need to open up Facebook. Just use this application, that works on Windows OS.
Well, the application I am talking about is named fTalk. This is a clean and sober application that can easily solve your purpose of Facebook chatting from your Desktop without opening up any web-browser. To use this app to the threshold value, just follow these simple steps.
- Download and install the application by clicking here.
- Open the chat client and enter your Email ID and password. It is your choice to save your password or no. It is not recommended to save your password if you have a shared computer.
- After you sign in, you will need to allow fTalk to use your Facebook profile. A webpage will open up asking you to allow or deny permission. You need to allow at this point so that you can use fTalk easily.
- After you sign in, you will have a list of all your contacts, online as well as offline. The online contacts are shown first and then the offline ones.
- To start a chat with any of your friends, just double-click on their name and start talking as you are talking on the default Facebook chat.
