Update Status from Different Devices : Facebook

Have you ever updated your status from different devices? Like say, from your iPod or from your Mobile? If yes, you would be aware of what I am going to talk in this paragraph. If no, you better read this! Whenever you update your status on Facebook, it shows the device you used to update your status, if its other than the Facebook PC website. If you update status from your Android phone, it will show "via Android" or similar for other devices. So, if you do not have an Android device, you can't update your status "via Android", can you? Of course you can, you just need a bit of going here and there on Facebook applications.

Doing this is easy, just open up this application by clicking here. When you open this application, you it will request for permission. Allow the application and then, just update your status by typing in the dialog box below there and pressing Update Status.



In this application, you will get a list of other via devices. Just choose the device you want the status to be updated through.
